Private Yoga
Yoga comes from the Sanskrit root yuj, which means to yoke or join—it’s a journey to the self, through the self, and for the self to unite and come home to your mind, body, and spirit.
While practicing in community is quite magical, there’s incredible power in a solo, personalized practice, as you foster presence, get to know yourself, and honor your truth.
Our in-person and online private yoga sessions provide an experience beyond asana (postures), tailored to your specific needs, goals, and what makes you extraordinarily YOU.

What Does a BodyTalk Session Look Like?
Sessions begin with conversation. Courtney will ask what has been happening in your life and body, what you have been noticing and what you would like support with.
From there, you will typically lie face-up and fully clothed on the treatment table. Courtney places a hand gently on your arm and uses BodyTalk biofeedback, structured inquiry and intuitive listening to follow the connections that emerge.
Some sessions are conversational. Others are quiet. Some follow the BodyTalk system closely. Others may include more reflection, somatic awareness, coaching or intuitive inquiry.
Once the session identifies the relationships being prioritized, techniques such as tapping, energetic balancing and other gentle BodyTalk methods are used to support integration. You remain part of the process throughout.
Nothing is interpreted as absolute truth, and Courtney does not diagnose, predict or tell you what your experience means. The work is an exploration. Only you have your truest answers. You and Courtney discover them together.
People Come to BodyTalk when :
Sometimes people arrive with a clear concern.
More often, they simply know that something does not feel right.
BodyTalk may be supportive for people who are:
● feeling lost, stuck, restless or disconnected from themselves
● navigating grief, loss, transition or major life change
● experiencing anxiety, pressure or performance-related stress
● dealing with physical symptoms they would like to understand from a broader perspective
● noticing recurring emotional, behavioural or relational patterns
● feeling burned out, overwhelmed or unable to move forward
● wanting greater confidence, clarity or self-awareness
● trying to reconnect with their intuition or sense of direction
● ready for change but unsure where to begin
● seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and how they move through the world You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong.
Curiosity is enough to begin.
A BodyTalk session can create awareness, shift perspective and help loosen patterns that have become restrictive. The work becomes most meaningful when what happens in the treatment room begins to influence how you move through the rest of your life. That might mean sitting with an emotion differently.
Setting a boundary.
Changing a habit.
Taking a risk.
Resting. Speaking honestly.
Making a decision that feels more aligned.
You do not need to change everything overnight or do the work perfectly.
All you need is willingness to participate in your own process.
Healing is not always about becoming a better version of yourself.
Sometimes it is about making enough space for the parts of yourself you have suppressed, forgotten, protected or left behind to belong again.
Less stripping yourself back.
More setting yourself free.
